About our Weathervanes

All of our copper weathervanes are made of pure copper and brass and shaped and pounded into two-sided figures that are meticulously trimmed and soldered together by hand. 

We design our vanes for optimum wind direction indication by balancing the weight, form and pivoting point.

• All of our weathervanes come with the hardware shown in the image to the right (except cottage size, the balls are an add-on)
• Longer shafts called extension rods are available for mounting your weathervane in a cupola.
• Assembly instructions and mounting guide included with each weathervane.
• Most of our weathervanes are available in either green patina or natural copper finish.
